Zach Ertz returns to Eagles' practice squad after Commanders stint

Zach Ertz has rejoined the Philadelphia Eagles, signed to their practice squad this week. Ertz spent the previous two seasons with the Washington Commanders before suffering a torn ACL last December. He expressed his joy of returning home, noting that Philadelphia is where he feels most comfortable. With Dallas Goedert sidelined, Ertz could soon see action on the field. The Eagles are preparing to face the Chicago Bears on Monday night.
