Za'Kari Johnson impresses at 7-on-7 tournament in Miami

Za'Kari Johnson, a recent commit to the Florida State Seminoles, showcased his skills at the 305Sports Invitational 7-on-7 tournament in Miami. Competing for Carol City, he impressed evaluators and was named one of the top players at the event. Johnson, a four-star athlete, recorded multiple pass breakups and an interception. Previously listed in the 2028 recruiting cycle, he reclassified to join the Seminoles, where he is expected to play in the secondary. The Opa Locka native has a strong high school track record, playing quarterback before transferring to Carol City.
