Zebby Matthews leads Twins to victory over White Sox at Target Field

Zebby Matthews pitched 8.1 innings and surrendered only one earned run to help the Minnesota Twins avoid a series sweep against the Chicago White Sox on Sunday. Matthews maintained a perfect game bid until the sixth inning when Drew Romo recorded a two-out single. The Twins offense provided early support with a three-run first inning, including a two-run double from Trevor Larnach and an RBI single by Josh Bell.
