17-year-old football player critically ill after herbicide exposure in Houston

Zach Brown, a 17-year-old football player from Lake Cormorant High School, is in critical condition at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. He was transferred from a Memphis hospital after accidental exposure to paraquat, a highly toxic herbicide. Brown is currently on ECMO and being evaluated for a possible lung transplant. A GoFundMe campaign has raised over $12,100 to assist his family with medical expenses, as they are with him at the hospital.
