Almeraq won the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot, securing victory in a photo finish against a strong international field. The four-year-old colt, trained by William Haggas and ridden by Tom Marquand, narrowly defeated Australia's Joliestar and Japan's Satono Reve. This win marks Almeraq's return from a serious fall last September that impacted both the horse and his jockey, Jim Crowley. The result contributed to Haggas's fourth win at the meeting and Marquand’s third. With the victory, Almeraq continues a successful year, having previously triumphed at Salisbury in May.
