Álvaro Arbeloa expected to become Fulham manager on three-year deal

Álvaro Arbeloa is expected to be named the new manager of Fulham, with reports indicating a three-year contract. The former defender for Liverpool and West Ham United parted ways with Real Madrid after a season in which he managed the first team, achieving 18 wins in 28 matches. Arbeloa will replace Marco Silva, who led Fulham to an 11th-place finish in the Premier League last season, just missing out on European competition. His formal appointment is being finalized, with a contract reportedly extending until the end of the 2028/29 season.
