Jaylen Oliver, a 6-foot safety from Westfield High School in Houston, has committed to the University of Arizona. This announcement follows a weekend visit, making him the first recruit from several who toured the campus. Oliver played his first varsity season last year, tallying 41 tackles, two interceptions, and three pass breakups. He chose Arizona over multiple offers, including those from Illinois and Mississippi State. Oliver is among two recruits from the 2027 class who committed to Arizona recently, contributing to the Wildcats' growing recruiting class, which now includes seven pledges.
