Arsenal part ways with several academy players as contracts expire

Arsenal FC has announced multiple player departures due to expiring contracts, effective June 30. Among those released is Josh Nichols, a 19-year-old right-back who made his professional debut in a League Cup match in September 2024. Nichols expressed gratitude for his time at Arsenal, describing the club as a second family.
