Barcelona targets Arsenal's Piero Hincapie ahead of January transfer window

Barcelona is reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender Piero Hincapie as they aim to strengthen their defense for the January transfer window. Hincapie, who is capable of playing both center-back and left-back, has been identified as a fitting addition given his unique skill set. He is currently not a first-choice player at Arsenal, which could make him amenable to a move. Barcelona had previously looked at Hincapie earlier this season, suggesting that interest in him remains high. Convincing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta to part with Hincapie may present a challenge, given his recent permanent signing after a loan spell.
