Arsenal targets PSG defender Emmanuel Mbemba on free transfer

Summary

Arsenal has approached Paris Saint-Germain defender Emmanuel Mbemba for a potential free transfer this summer. The 18-year-old has been offered a new contract by PSG but remains open to a move to a Premier League club. With training compensation expected to be around £150,000, Arsenal highlighted the success of William Saliba's loan as part of their pitch. Mbemba is inclined towards the Gunners after observing their recent achievements under manager Mikel Arteta. He may initially go out on a European loan until January 2027 to secure a work permit to play in England.
