Astros rely on Peña and Alvarez to spark crucial win
Summary

Jeremy Peña and Yordan Alvarez played pivotal roles in the Houston Astros' win on September 15 at Daikin Park. The pair took early batting practice, aiming to lift the Astros' struggling offense, which ranked among the lowest in runs scored since the trade deadline. Both players are critical as the team pushes for a playoff berth in the season's final weeks. Alvarez is currently in contention for the Triple Crown, while Peña aims to overcome a poor batting average during this stretch. The Astros look to maintain momentum heading into the final weeks of the regular season.
