Barcelona considers loan for Guille Fernandez, prioritizes playing time
Summary

Barcelona is contemplating a loan for 17-year-old midfielder Guille Fernandez, aiming to ensure he gains regular playing time. The club recognizes his potential and is working on extending his contract, which is currently valid until 2027. Guille will have an opportunity to impress during pre-season under coach Hansi Flick, who will determine whether he can contribute to the first team or needs a loan. If a loan is necessary, Barcelona will focus on finding a club that guarantees playing time, regardless of the team's prestige.
