Barcelona opts against pursuing Harry Kane this summer

Summary

FC Barcelona will not attempt to sign Harry Kane from Bayern Munich, focusing instead on other transfer targets. The club views bringing in a new center-forward as essential following Robert Lewandowski's exit. Julian Alvarez remains their top option, although negotiations with Atletico Madrid are challenging. If those talks fail, Barcelona may rely on current squad members like Dani Olmo or Ferran Torres in that position. Bayern Munich has shown no interest in selling Kane, who is likely to extend his contract with the Bundesliga club soon.
