Barcelona targets Micky van de Ven amid Tottenham contract talks delay

Micky van de Ven has paused contract negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur while participating in the World Cup. Barcelona is exploring his availability after their failed attempts to secure Alessandro Bastoni. With Tottenham recently signing two center-backs, Van de Ven's potential move to Barcelona or Liverpool may become a reality if he is available at the right price this summer. His attributes are seen as ideal for filling a defensive role in Barcelona's system.
