Bayern Munich U-19s prepare for season start with friendlies and new coach

Bayern Munich's U-19 team begins its season on August 9 after a disappointing previous campaign. The team, now under coach Leonhard Haas, aims to improve on last year's Round of 16 finishes in both the U-19 league and UEFA Youth League. Preseason preparations include several friendly matches, with results such as a 6-1 victory against FC Augsburg U-19s on July 4 and a 3-3 draw against Slavia Prague U-19s on July 25. The U-19s have been drawn into Group D alongside competitive teams like VfB Stuttgart and SpVgg Unterhaching, increasing the stakes for the upcoming season.
