Billings West football triumphs over CMR 28-7 in Eastern AA clash

Billings West defeated C.M. Russell High 28-7 on September 25 at Memorial Stadium. After trailing 7-6 at halftime, the Golden Bears took control in the second half, capitalizing on a key turnover by CMR. Westdon Kelley contributed significantly with a touchdown reception and an interception that set up a scoring drive. Tyreke Jones had two rushing touchdowns, sealing the victory. CMR's defense held strong initially, but the Golden Bears' offensive push in the second half proved decisive. CMR will face Billings Senior on October 1.
