Former Florida State University player BJ Gibson announced his transfer to Stetson University. Gibson spent the previous season with Tallahassee State College, where he played baseball, hitting.260 with four home runs and 19 RBI across 44 games. A multi-sport athlete, he previously played as a wide receiver and briefly focused on baseball after the fifth game of the 2025 football season. Gibson will have three seasons of eligibility with Stetson, and he is eligible for the 2027 MLB Draft.
