Blue Jays manager John Schneider praises baseball gods amid team resurgence

Summary

Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider expressed gratitude to the baseball gods for the team's recent success as they chase the final American League Wild Card spot. Currently 2 games behind the Texas Rangers, the Blue Jays are on a three-game winning streak following a 6-4 victory against the Boston Red Sox. Schneider pointed out a pivotal moment when a dropped foul pop-up by Red Sox first baseman Willson Contreras fueled a key eighth-inning rally. With 40 games remaining in the season, the Blue Jays aim to continue their momentum and improve their 59-63 record as they seek playoff contention.
