Brandon Graham retires from Philadelphia Eagles after 16 NFL seasons

Brandon Graham officially announced his retirement from the NFL following a 16-season career spent entirely with the Philadelphia Eagles. The 38-year-old defensive end, who was the franchise’s longest-tenured player, originally retired after the 2022 season but returned to the roster last October. During his tenure, Graham appeared in 215 regular-season games, recording 79.5 sacks and 128 tackles for loss. He played a pivotal role in the team's Super Bowl LII victory, contributing a late-game strip-sack against Tom Brady. Although the Eagles released him in June, he had expressed interest in a 17th season before ultimately deciding to move on. Graham is expected to remain involved with the organization as a mentor while pursuing opportunities in media.
