Brendan Allen submits Magomedrasul Gasanov with heel hook at ACBJJ 22

UFC middleweight Brendan Allen secured a submission victory against Magomedrasul Gasanov during the ACBJJ 22 event at the Ora Arena in Istanbul, Turkey. Allen forced a tap from the fellow middleweight via a heel hook just before the five-minute mark of the grappling match. The victory allowed Allen to successfully defend his ACBJJ All-Stars title. Allen previously captured that title in July by submitting Ramazan Kuramagomedov. Gasanov, who signed with the UFC earlier this year but withdrew from a scheduled debut last month, holds a 23-2 record. Allen currently maintains a three-fight winning streak in the UFC, including recent victories over Marvin Vettori, Reinier de Ridder, and Edmen Shahbazyan.
