Brody Pfannenstiel commits to Wisconsin after flipping from Texas Tech

Brody Pfannenstiel, an edge rusher from Hoisington, Kansas, has flipped his commitment from Texas Tech to Wisconsin, becoming the 23rd recruit for the Badgers' 2027 class. His change comes after an official visit to Wisconsin from June 5-7, followed by a visit to Texas Tech. Wisconsin has recently gained three recruits in three weeks, including Jack Tabbert and Mekhi Williams. Pfannenstiel is rated as a three-star prospect and is listed as the No. 4 recruit in Kansas by Rivals and 247sports. His addition strengthens Wisconsin’s defensive prospects significantly as they look to enhance their 2027 class rankings, currently sitting at 18th overall and seventh in the Big Ten by 247sports as of June 16.
