Brody Pike of Powdersville has been named the 2025-26 Gatorade South Carolina Boys Soccer Player of the Year, as announced on June 12. Pike led Powdersville to a state championship title, scoring five goals and assisting in a 6-1 victory over Oceanside. Over his high school career, he accumulated a total of 102 goals and 68 assists. Pike is committed to play soccer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). This recognition marks a continuation of awards for players from the Upstate region, with the past three recipients being from the same area.
