Bucs pull within seven points of Bengals during third quarter

The Tampa Bay Bucs have narrowed their deficit against the Bengals to 27-20 during the third quarter of their ongoing NFL matchup. After a first half dominated by the Bengals, Tampa Bay opened the second half with 10 consecutive points. Chase McLaughlin connected on a 51-yard field goal to finish a 10-play drive, trimming the lead to 27-13. Shortly after, rookie Josiah Trotter intercepted a Joe Burrow pass intended for Andrei Iosivas and returned the ball 38 yards for a touchdown. Burrow, who has maintained an 18-of-25 passing performance for 163 yards, currently holds one touchdown and one interception in the contest. The game remains in progress as Tampa Bay attempts to complete its comeback effort.
