Cardinals DC Nick Rallis aims to improve defense in 2026 season

Summary

Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator Nick Rallis discussed strategies for the upcoming 2026 NFL season during recent press conferences. Following a disappointing 2025 season, where the defense ranked 19th in opponent time of possession, Rallis faces pressure to deliver results. Key players returning include Sean Murphy-Bunting and Mack Wilson Sr., who missed significant time due to injuries last year. With an improved offensive strategy under head coach Mike LaFleur, Rallis hopes to leverage a better rushing attack and maximize his pass rush capabilities.
