Carter Sternberger named Scholar-Athlete of the Week for Haynes Academy

Carter Sternberger, a linebacker at Haynes Academy, has been recognized as the Scholar-Athlete of the Week. He holds the single-season tackles record at the school and maintains a 4.9 GPA alongside a 31 ACT score. In addition to his athletic and academic achievements, Sternberger has initiated a food drive to aid families during the holiday season. Haynes Academy head coach P.J. Sprunk praised him for his leadership and commitment to bettering himself and his community. Sternberger aims to study mechanical engineering while continuing his football career at the collegiate level.
