Ceilândia hosts the beach soccer Nations Cup starting September 18

The Federal District will host the Nations Cup beach soccer tournament at Arena Guariroba from September 18 to 20. Men’s national teams from Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, and Peru will compete, alongside women’s squads from Brazil, El Salvador, the Espírito Santo State Team, and the Brasília State Team. Both Brazilian national squads enter the event during a transition phase, with head coaches Chicão Castelo Branco and Rose Andrade incorporating new talent into their rosters. The competition serves as a preparation period for upcoming international qualifiers, including the next Copa América. Athletes will report to Brasília between September 13 and 14 to begin training. Matches will be broadcast on Sportv and getv.
