Celtic has expressed a strong interest in signing Lazio winger Matteo Cancellieri as Kasper Hogh passes his medical in London. Cancellieri, a 24-year-old right-sided attacker, had a successful season with four goals and two assists for Lazio. His transfer fee may be negotiated down to around £8 million. Celtic has also been linked to Real Oviedo's Haissem Hassan but is likely to pursue only one of the two players.
