Celtics eye major trade involving Jaylen Brown for Kevin Durant

Summary

The Boston Celtics are reportedly considering a trade that would send Jaylen Brown to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Kevin Durant. This potential blockbuster deal follows speculation about Brown’s future with the Celtics, especially after their failed pursuit of Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Rockets are open to trading nearly their entire roster, which could facilitate a significant trade. A pairing of Durant with Jayson Tatum could enhance the Celtics' championship potential, although there may be challenges in establishing team chemistry.
