Chargers sign first-round pick Akheem Mesidor to a contract

Mesidor recorded 12.5 sacks during his final season at Miami, contributing to a total of 13.5 sacks over four collegiate seasons, which included time at West Virginia. With this deal, fourth-round pick Brenen Thompson remains the only Chargers selection yet to finalize a contract.
