Chicago Bears make roster changes ahead of training camp

The Chicago Bears have signed wide receiver Kaden Davis and linebacker Tony Fields II to their offseason roster ahead of training camp. Both players had successful tenures in the UFL. To accommodate the new additions, the Bears waived linebacker Dominique Hampton, a former fifth-round pick, and kicker Gabriel Plascencia, an undrafted free agent from 2026. Plascencia's release leaves Cairo Santos as the only kicker on the roster. The team is expected to have a quiet period until further moves are made, including the signing of third-round pick Sam Roush's rookie contract.
