CM Punk defends title against Johnny Gargano on SmackDown in Cleveland

WWE SmackDown airs tonight on USA at 8 p.m. EST from the Rocket Arena in Cleveland. The two-hour broadcast was taped on August 28 and features a championship main event between CM Punk and Johnny Gargano for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Sami Zayn appears on the show to address his interference in a previous No. 1 contenders match involving CM Punk. Cody Rhodes is also scheduled to discuss his upcoming match against Randy Orton before Sunday Night's Main Event. Other matches on the card include Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley facing Lainey Reed and Fallon Henley, The Miz and Kit Wilson against Shinsuke Nakamura and Kyoki, and a singles contest between Giulia and Blake Monre. Fans can stream the episode on Peacock beginning tomorrow.
