On August 14th, 2026, the Columbus Clippers defeated the Omaha Storm Chasers 6-2 in a AAA matchup, led by Ben Lively who returned from the injured list. The Akron RubberDucks extended their win streak to seven games with a 7-1 victory over the Altoona Curve, highlighted by Ryan Cesarini’s two home runs. The Lake County Captains also won, besting the Dayton Dragons 5-1 with a four-run eighth inning that included a two-run home run from Garrett Howe.
