Como signs Nico Paz from Real Madrid for €60 million

Como has finalized the acquisition of Nico Paz from Real Madrid for €60 million, as reported by Fabrizio Romano on June 26, 2026. Real Madrid had triggered their option to buy Paz back but chose to sell the midfielder, who preferred more playing time at Como over limited opportunities in Madrid. This deal includes a future buy-back option for Real Madrid set at approximately €80 million. Paz is expected to play at least one more season in Italy.
