Daniel Jones completes full training camp with Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones participated in every training camp practice this August, marking his return to full activity following a torn right Achilles sustained in Week 14 of the 2025 season. Jones took nearly all first-team repetitions throughout the summer, showing no visible limitations as he prepares for the upcoming season. The team signed Jones to a two-year, $88 million contract extension in March while he remained in the rehabilitation process. Having been named a team captain for 2026, he managed to secure significant practice volume compared to the previous year. While he sat out preseason games to manage his recovery, the team intends for him to serve as the starter when the Colts host the Baltimore Ravens on September 13. This opening contest will represent his first appearance in a live NFL game since his injury.
