Dave Meltzer reports New Level signed long-term deals with AEW

Wrestling observer Dave Meltzer reports that Kofi and Austin Creed, known as New Level, have signed long-term contracts with AEW. The duo, formerly of WWE, debuted for the promotion at All In London 2026. Tony Khan confirmed the team joined after their 90-day WWE non-compete clauses expired. During their recent appearance on AEW Dynamite, the pair successfully defended their AEW World Trios Championships alongside Strickland against The Rascalz. Meltzer noted that the pair adjusted their wrestling style to fit the company, showing increased speed and agility compared to their previous tenure. Khan added that he did not originally plan to sign the duo, having focused his previous roster building on the tag team and trios divisions.
