Deion Sanders addresses son Shedeur Sanders after Colorado Buffaloes football game

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders attended a Colorado Buffaloes game Thursday night to support his former teammates and father, head coach Deion Sanders. Following the team's 14-13 victory over Georgia Tech, the elder Sanders expressed frustration with media perceptions of his fatherhood. He stated that outside observers often focus on his coaching career rather than his personal relationship with his son. Shedeur Sanders is slated to begin the upcoming season as the primary backup to Deshaun Watson in Cleveland. The younger quarterback's role has drawn public commentary from his father, who previously stated that he believes his son earned a larger role with the Browns.
