Detroit Pistons reveal new Specter Edition alternate uniform for upcoming season

The Detroit Pistons have unveiled a new Specter Edition uniform for the 2026-27 NBA season. The design features a black base with teal trim and distinct red, teal, and orange streaks across the jersey. This selection is part of a special program involving eight NBA teams that are using their franchise history and local culture to influence new streetwear-inspired aesthetics. The uniform serves as a departure from the traditional red, white, and blue identity of the team. While the broader NBA Standard Issue collection arrives at retail stores in mid-September, the Specter Edition jerseys are expected to be available for purchase closer to the holiday season. The team is also slated to bring back its 2021-22 City Edition uniforms as part of an active release schedule for the upcoming year.
