Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Will Klein has been placed on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow discomfort following a recent stretch of ineffective outings, where he allowed runs in his last six appearances. Klein had a 3.67 ERA for the season but struggled in July with a 6.11 ERA. To fill his spot, the Dodgers called up Wyatt Mills from Triple-A Oklahoma City. Mills has appeared in five games this season with mixed results. Additionally, Charlie Barnes was sent outright to Oklahoma City after declining the assignment post-designation for assignment earlier in the week.
