Montana moved to 3-0 on the season with a 35-14 victory over Utah Tech in Missoula on Saturday. Running back Eli Gillman rushed for 147 yards and three touchdowns, tying the Big Sky Conference record of 56 rushing touchdowns while setting a new Montana program record with 60 total touchdowns. Montana quarterback Keali'i Yat threw for 246 yards, including a 15-yard scoring pass to Lekeldrick Bridges that helped establish a 21-0 halftime lead. Brooks Davis contributed a career-high 12 catches for 151 yards to the Montana offensive effort. Utah Tech, which is now 0-3, recorded its first points of the season in the second half through a one-yard touchdown run by Bronson Barben and a 60-yard scoring reception by Mike Williams.
