Jared Curtis enters for Vanderbilt at quarterback against Delaware

Jared Curtis entered the game for Vanderbilt against Delaware at FirstBank Stadium during the first quarter. He replaced Blaze Berlowitz, who played the team's first two drives. Both of those initial drives resulted in punts, with Berlowitz failing to complete any of his four pass attempts. The game remained tied 0-0 with 4:44 remaining in the first quarter when the substitution occurred. Coach Clark Lea previously committed to rotating both quarterbacks during the early portion of the season. Curtis, a five-star prospect, competed with Berlowitz for the starting role throughout the preseason.
