Auburndale junior Emma Ketchum is striving for state gold medals in two sports, diving and girls weightlifting. She finished fifth in diving last season and is training to improve her standings. Ketchum has been competing for Auburndale in weightlifting and is sharpening her diving skills under the guidance of coach Maha Amer. Upcoming competitions include the Ridge meet on October 8, followed by the county meet and districts later this month.
