A judge has approved ESPN's inclusion as a defendant in a class-action lawsuit against WWE regarding its ESPN Unlimited streaming deal. The lawsuit, initiated by two consumers in January, contends that WWE misled customers following its move to ESPN Unlimited from Peacock in September 2025.
