Everton announces major changes to academy coaching staff

Everton has begun an extensive overhaul of its academy structure, officially announcing several key appointments as part of a strategic review. Dean Rastrick is the new Academy Director, alongside Carl Darlington as Head of Academy Coach Development and Dave Hughes as Head of Academy Player Development. Nick Chadwick joins as PDP Senior Coach & Loans Programme Manager. Technical Director Nick Cox emphasized the focus on building an exceptional learning environment for player development. The restructuring also reflects a shift in focus from winning matches at the Under-21 level to fostering player potential.
