Everton has made a £25 million offer to Tottenham Hotspur for defender Djed Spence. Spence, who is also a target for Liverpool, is expected to leave Tottenham this summer as he is not in the plans of manager Roberto De Zerbi. Tottenham is reportedly asking for at least £35 million.
