Florida State hosts shooting guard Jarvis Hayes Jr. for official visit

Four-star shooting guard Jarvis Hayes Jr. completed an official visit to Florida State in Tallahassee last weekend. The Atlanta native, ranked as the No. 32 overall player in his class, described his time with the coaching staff and the program as an encouraging experience. Florida State is competing against several programs for the 6-foot-5 recruit, most Georgia. The Bulldogs are scheduled to host Hayes on an official visit later this September. Hayes maintains strong family ties to the Georgia program, as his father and uncle serve on the coaching staff and are alumni of the university. Florida State also hosted five-star recruits Cayden Daughtry and Moussa Kamissoko for official visits during the same weekend as part of their ongoing 2027 recruiting efforts.
