Folarin Balogun has been offered to Tottenham Hotspur by his representatives. With Balogun's future at AS Monaco uncertain, the North London club is evaluating if head coach Roberto De Zerbi may be interested. Balogun, who has two years remaining on his contract, could be sold for a competitive fee. Arsenal could benefit financially due to a 17.5 percent sell-on clause from Balogun's transfer to Monaco last August for approximately €40 million. As the situation develops, no formal offer has been made, and Tottenham is considering other striking options as well.
