Former Patriots receiver Aaron Marsh dies at age 81

Aaron Marsh, the former New England Patriots wide receiver, has passed away at the age of 81. Marsh died on August 7 in Shelbyville, Tennessee, although no cause of death has been reported. He played college football at Eastern Kentucky University, where he was a standout and became a Hall of Famer. Drafted by the Patriots in the 1968 AFL Draft, Marsh had a career total of 27 receptions for 439 yards. He was known for his contributions off the field as well, mentoring at-risk youth and organizing youth sports programs. A memorial service is set to take place on August 29 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
