As the fantasy baseball season progresses, several pitchers are emerging as viable additions. Garrett Whitlock of the Boston Red Sox could take over closing duties if Aroldis Chapman is traded. Shane Bieber is anticipated to return to the majors next week, making now a critical time to acquire him. In Oakland, Elvis Alvarado has posted two saves and impressive strikeout numbers recently. Meanwhile, Jacob Webb of the Chicago Cubs may see more save opportunities due to Daniel Palencia's elbow injury. Fantasy managers are encouraged to act quickly as these pitchers present opportunities for both saves and rotation depth.

- •Bieber is expected to return to the majors next week.
