Giants examine roster battles as training camp progresses in New Jersey

The New York Giants have returned to New Jersey following two weeks of training camp in West Virginia. As the team prepares for roster cuts on August 30, several bubble players' performances have influenced their chances. Receiver Dalen Cambre made notable plays, while fellow wideout Odell Beckham, Jr. is earning opportunities despite the competition. Defensive back Raheem Layne showed resilience, while offensive lineman Evan Neal and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster faced challenges, with Neal struggling to find a role and Smith-Schuster sidelined by injury. The team will assess these developments as final roster decisions loom.
