Glen Powell serves as guest picker for Texas and Ohio State game

Actor Glen Powell will appear as the guest picker on ESPN's College GameDay for the Week 2 matchup between No. 1 Ohio State and No. 4 Texas. While he did not graduate at that time, he recently confirmed he is working toward completing his degree through distance learning. The actor currently stars in the Hulu series Chad Powers, a comedy about a disgraced college quarterback, which features Eli and Peyton Manning as executive producers. His ties to the university and his recent portrayal of a football player in the series contributed to his selection for the Austin broadcast.
